Colour Accuracy like no other.

Celesta delivers over 98CRI and 97GAI, producing true-to-life colour and light. By contrast, many other manufacturers focus only bright light, which can sometimes cause an undesired outcome of glare. The light beam from Celesta mimics natural sunlight, enabling visibility, contrast and saturation like no other.

Fully adjustable luminosity.

Smart LED design with adjustable illumination (0-100%), color temperature and focus modes to ensure optimal lighting for all surgeries. Along with manual adjustments, Constella also comes with auto shadow management, using real-time sensor detection to compensate for darker areas and adjust for lighter tones.

After recognising that surgeons were unable to achieve uniform illumination within the deep surgical cavity, Prism reengineered the Celesta Light head to not only reach 99% shadow elimination, but also house a wireless camera on its very dome – an industry-first endeavor. The system enhances procedural clarity, reduces visual strain, and allows live case documentation without external camera attachments.

Focus Modes for Different Clinical Applications

Standard Focus Mode

Precise focus with a D50 of 150, and a D10 of 250. Can be used for the majority of surgical procedures.

Narrow Focus Mode

Special sharp focus mode with a D50 of 120 and a D10 of 200. Recommended for smaller operating cavity such as neuro or pediatric procedures.

Deep Cavity Focus Mode

Special focus mode designed to provide enhanced illumination in deep cavity procedures. Specially recommended for cardiac procedures.

Endo Focus Mode

Triple endo mode, warm, natural and cool to provide perfect ambient lighting for endoscopic procedures

The shape of the dome combines modern aesthetics, aerodynamics and visual comfort. The dome is both wide and aerodynamic, ensuring that Illumination is not obstructed and heat is also dissipated.

Sterile Handle Control.

Allows the surgeon to control the light from a sterile handle during procedures, maintaining hygiene in the sterile field. The handle itself is detachable and sterilisable.

Effortlessly 360°.

Lightweight suspension and spring balance mechanism ensure effortless all-axis positioning. Perfected hydraulic technology also makes the dome feel almost weightless when maneuvering.
